I saw the ultimate "leatherass" play yesterday. Blinds were 25 - 50 and UTG raises to 200. Everyone at the table folds and the raiser shows A-J offsuit. The guy next to me, who was hemming and hawing over calling, turns over pocket Jacks and says "we're close to the points, I didn't want to put all my chips in with Jacks." I looked at him and laughed, "what are you waiting for aces?"

More info is needed in order to annoint him a true leatherass.

Not necessarily Eric....if he is someone who plays seldomly and needs the points to get into the TOC or something, then he is not a true leatherass.

Jeff,

Think about where I work.....now think about what goes on there....now think about what day it is. Are you able to come to the conclusion that at 8am there is a possibility I wasn't sitting in my living room and posting with my first cup of coffee of the morning??

ummmm...ok Jeff. So if I get into the office at 5:30am on Saturday morning, please give me the appropriate time I am able to post. 9am? 10am? noon?? no posting on Saturdays at all? Please advise so I know the protocol.

the first thing you should know about posting protocol is to NOT arrive at the office at 5:30 am!?!?!?

after that I'd say 10 am is fine for a Saturday.
