2024 Rocket Tournament
The 2024 installment of the annual Rocket Tournament is here!
What is the Rocket?
The Rocket Tournament is a social poker event hosted at the illustrious Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The event is catered towards players of social poker leagues in the area, but is open to the public. In order to properly host this event, it is by invitation-only, and YOU ARE INVITED!
To lock in your seat, you have to pre-register for the tournament using our online registration and payment portal prior to the registration deadline of FEBRUARY 23rd.
Players will be competing for an estimated $20,000-$25,000 in cash and prizes, including Tournament Prizes, Souvenirs, Bonus Prizes, and Bar Poker Open Seats and Full Travel Packages to the upcoming World Championship in Vegas (June 2024).
Registration
Event Fee : $186 (includes payment processing fee)
Includes Starting Stack, Two Bonus Rebuy or Add-on Tickets, dealer fee, dealer gratuity, and donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Tournament Structure
Tournament check-in begins 9:00am on March 9th.
Players required to present a valid (non-expired), government issued photo ID and a Borgata/MGM players card. Players card can be obtained on property the day of the event.
Tournament begins at 11:00am.
Late entry permitted until 12:00pm.
Player souvenir provided by BetMGM at check-in.

20 minute tournament levels
Rebuy / Add-on Card details.
Re-entry: Receive 10k in chips if you use this card any time prior to the first break. Must be at or below 10k in chips, and not involved in a hand. You may use one or both of your cards prior to the first break.
Add-on: Receive 20k in chips if you use this card during the first break. Must have at least 1 chip to redeem as an Add-on. You may use both of your cards during the first break.
Redeeming your Bonus Cards are the player’s responsibility. All cards must be used by the end of the first break.

Promotion open to the public, 21+, and must be in good standing with any social poker league or group in which they participate.
Poker Tournament is hosted by Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa. Tournament rules are guided by the TDA and the NJ Gaming Commission. Borgata tournament staff has final say in all tournament rules and are without recourse.
