The Riverchasers League Championship brings our Live League event winners and our Top Leaderboard players together each season to battle it out on the felt at the phenomenal Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa Poker Room for great cash prizes and the right to be called CHAMPION!
This season’s event is going to be special as we are able to include Riverchasers players who missed out on their own Championship event (Season 32) due to the pandemic and the ensuing league and casino closures. Given all our options, this is the best way to help reward our players with an event worthwhile of their effort and commitment to being a part of the league. By combining the championships, we are able to offer a larger prize pool as well! THIS COULD BE THE LARGEST LIVE CHAMPIONSHIP AND PRIZE POOL IN RIVERCHASERS HISTORY!

This event is not open to the public. Only qualified players from the Riverchasers Poker Tour are eligible to pre-register and compete.
THREE WAYS TO QUALIFY
SEASON 32: Leaderboard Qualifying
♠️ Eligible Players from the leaderboard will be posted in the link below.
SEASON 34: Qualifying Period 4/24/23 - 10/1/23
♠️ TOP 125 - Finish the season in the top 125 ranked players
♠️ WIN & YOU’RE IN - Finish 1st place at one (1) live league event
At the end of the season, an official qualified player list will be posted showing the Qualifying Status of each eligible player.
QUALIFYING STATUS / BONUS CHIP OPTIONS
QUALIFYING STATUS - Single, Double, and Max Status
Updated for the combined Season Championships
Single Qualifying Status
Players who have earned any one of the three qualification rewards listed above are invited to compete as a Single Qualifier. Single qualifiers have the option to purchase up to two *Bonus Tickets to get additional chips at the Championship to become either a Double qualifier or a Max Qualifier.
Options for Registration for Single Qualifying Status Players
Single: $50 Event Fee (includes 10K starting stack and dealer tip)
Double: $80 Event Fee (includes Single, 1st Bonus Ticket, and $10 Donation to St Jude)
Max: $100 Event Fee (Includes Double + 2nd Bonus Ticket)
Double Qualifying Status
Players who have qualified both through one of the two qualifying leaderboards (either Season 32 or Season 34) AND have Won a Live League Tournament during Season 34 are considered Double Qualifiers. Double Qualifiers instantly earn ONE complimentary BONUS Ticket and have the option to purchase one more Bonus Ticket to become a Max Qualifier.

Double: $50 Event Fee (includes 10K starting stack, dealer tip, and one Bonus Ticket)
Max: $80 Event Fee (includes Double + 2nd Bonus Ticket, and $10 Donation to St Jude)
Max Qualifying Status - New for Season 34
All players may upgrade to Max Status based on their qualification status options listed above.
THREE players will instantly earn the Max Status reward this season based on their accomplishments.

Max: $50 Event Fee (includes 10K starting stack, dealer tip, donation to St Jude, and two Bonus Tickets)
*BONUS TICKET VALUE AND OPTIONS
Each Bonus Ticket can be used in one of two ways based on the following rules:
10K Rebuy: Use the Bonus Ticket anytime prior to the 1st Break when your chip stack is at or below 10K.
20K Add-on: Use the Bonus Ticket during the 1st Break. Player MUST HAVE CHIPS IN PLAY.
May use Both as an Add-On for 40K chips.

On-site check-in: 9:00AM at Borgata for all registered players

Registration Online is Required to cover all event costs and secure necessary staffing.
PRIZE POOL & GRAND PRIZE BONUS
TOURNAMENT CASH PRIZES We expect the total prize pool to range from $5,000 - $10,000 or more in total cash prizes. Approximately the top 10% will win cash prizes.
BONUS ADDED GRAND PRIZE (~$1,800 value) - As part of our support for St Jude and their Viva St. Jude event in Las Vegas (Estimated Sept 2024), we are awarding a full package for the winner to jet off to Las Vegas to play in The Daniel Negreanu Poker Tournament, filled with celebrities from poker, television, and sports.
♠️ Grand Prize Package includes, 3-night hotel stay at Resorts World, $400 travel comp, and entry for TWO GUESTS into both the Viva Siorée (incredible dinner, premium open bar, fashion show, live auction, & more) and The Negreanu Poker Tournament.
We hope to help raise $25,000 this year for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and we cannot be more excited to work alongside the Charity Series of Poker, Borgata, and BetMGM staff to help make our Riverchasers players feel extremely appreciated for all that you do to support Riverchasers Poker Tour, Bar Poker Open, Borgata, and our fantastic Live League venues that host your social poker entertainment week after week.
